A double-height hall, filled with morning light.
Villa Luce faces the dawn. Its heart is a double-height living hall, glazed floor-to-ceiling toward the east, that fills with low morning light and holds it against travertine and oiled oak.
A gallery bridges the upper floor across the hall, linking the bedrooms and a study set in a cantilevered volume that reaches toward the sea. Below, the living opens onto an infinity pool drawn level with the water.
