Oriented due south, its living spaces open onto a sea-level infinity pool, with a deep loggia carved into the hillside for shade.

Villa Sole sits at the southern tip of the ridge, the most directly oriented of the six residences. Its single, unbroken living floor runs the full width of the plot, opening through frameless glass onto a sea-level infinity pool that reads, from inside, as an extension of the horizon.
A deep loggia is carved back into the hillside along the western edge, holding shade through the hottest hours while keeping the sea in view. Travertine floors carry from the interior out onto the terrace without a threshold; oiled oak lines the sleeping wing, gathered quietly behind the living space.
Three levels, cut into the cliff.
The living floor opens fully to the south — living, dining and kitchen along the sea, around a double-height stair hall. Above, the bedrooms gather on a cantilevered floor whose terrace reaches over the pool; below, a wellness level is carved into the rock — spa, gym, cinema and cellar.
